Our client, a vibrant campus organization in Waltham, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a 3-6 month contract with potential to convert permanent. This onsite role has full time hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to inbound communications on behalf of the organization and senior staff
- Serve as the first point of contact for emails, calls, social media messages, and in-person visits
- Assist with tracking participant data and event registration for major campus programs
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and manage office supplies
- Maintain calendars for programs, staff, and shared spaces
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling, travel coordination, and database management
- Participate in weekly staff and planning meetings to support departmental operations
Candidate Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced, mission-oriented team environment
