Our client, a global independent advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CHRO and additional members of the HR team. They are looking for an individual who is resourceful, tech savvy and embraces the use of AI as an efficiency tool, can adapt in a fast-paced office space, and who has strong communication and organization skills. The hours are 8:30/9am-5:30/6pm, and this role is hybrid with three days in office in Manhattan and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and additional senior HR leaders
* Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple executives, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up
* Assist with recruiting coordination, HR events, and team lunches in partnership with other firm EAs
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Anticipate executive needs, including arranging meals and ensuring daily readiness
- Provide project support including sitting in on meetings and transitioning notes to follow up decks, creating decks for board meetings, helping with research and more
Job Requirements:
* 5-15+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives
* Degree required
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
* Tech-savvy and curious about emerging technologies and AI tools
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

* Up to $150K base salary + paid overtime + bonus
