Seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide exceptional service and support across seven properties in the Beaver Falls area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and helping create great living experiences for residents!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospects, fostering positive relationships through consistent, high-quality communication
- Support all aspects of property operations
- Take ownership of leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting showings, processing applications, and preparing lease documents
- Oversee resident move-ins and move-outs
- Monitor property conditions through routine site visits
- Assist with enforcing community policies and occupancy standards while resolving resident concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to company initiatives, team projects, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in leasing or property management
- Knowledge of Pittsburgh’s market-rate multifamily housing and Section 8 programs – a plus!
- Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required (mileage reimbursement provided)
