Our client, an investment management firm located in Beverly, is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join their team. This is a 100% onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity offering up to $23/hour with free parking available. The schedule alternates between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, so flexibility for both shifts is required. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between administrative and facilities teams to address office needs
- Manage mail and package distribution and related services
- Maintain and stock supplies, beverages, and groceries in designated areas
- Keep common areas organized and presentable
- Provide reception coverage, including phones, guest greeting, and vendor coordination
- Assist with meeting setup and breakdown, including virtual call support
- Support administrative projects such as preparing presentation materials
- Provide backup support to executives for calendars, travel, and meetings
- Perform additional administrative and project-based tasks as needed
Candidate Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative or hospitality experience a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
- “All hands on deck” mentality with adaptability and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
- Collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic
