As a Business Development Account Executive at our client’s pharmaceutical solutions company, you’ll be at the forefront of business development efforts, cultivating relationships with prospects and signing new members. About the Job:
- Maintain strong working relationships with key accounts, build and maintain new customer relationships.
- Implement selling skills and successfully uncover customer needs to build a tailored proposal.
- Plan business growth opportunities, penetrate existing market, and report on competition in the marketplace quarterly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed log of communications using the CRM. Conduct follow-ups.
- Completed other tasks and responsibilities as required.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience are required.
- Healthcare industry, hospital or pharmacy experience is highly desired!
- FINRA Series 6 license is required; Must have or be willing to take.
- Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of driving and lift up to 15lbs at times.
About the Compensation and Benefits:
- $80K-$85K, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission and a yearly bonus!

- Travel throughout the DMV and WV is required.
