Our client, a global leader in the legal industry, is seeking a Guest Services Representative for a 3+ month onsite contract located in Boston. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (35 hours/week), with pay at $23.50/hour. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a polished, professional, and welcoming environment while supporting daily office and conference operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and route incoming calls via the main switchboard.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and catering/AV needs.
- Register and monitor visitor access through building security systems.
- Maintain orderly and well-stocked reception and meeting areas.
- Collaborate with facilities and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally within a law firm or high-end hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
