Our client, a mission-focused legal group, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support their People & Culture team in Washington, DC, starting mid-November!
Responsibilities:
- Support talent acquisition through reference checks, background checks, and employment verifications.
- Process I-9s, assist with onboarding, and conduct orientations.
- Support the internship program, terminations, and performance reviews.
- Prepare correspondence, file documents, and ensure proper document management.
- Preform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience or human resources experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or the equivalent experience is highly desired.
- Experienced in ADP is a plus!
- Independent worker who is flexible to competing priorities.

Position Information:
- Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- If converted to permanent, pays a salary of up to $65k.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- 2 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
