Our client, a nonprofit organization, is searching for a part-time temporary to permanent Executive Assistant to support their organization for 25-30 hours per week!
Responsibilities:
- Provide event and webinar support.
- Assist with meeting preparation, minutes, and coordination.
- Support travel logistics, external communications, and file organization.
- Handle financial aspects such as expense reports and vendor invoices.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience are required.
- Experience with non-profit organizations is highly preferred!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite with a technical savviness is required.
- Strong multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
Compensation/Position Info:
- $23/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
- Part-time for 25-30 hours per week.
- Washington, DC.
