Our client, a middle market private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their organization. The hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (staggered with other EAs). This role is fully onsite, five days a week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to a team of five to seven investment professionals, including Partners, Principals, and VPs
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle heavy domestic and international travel arrangements
* Prepare and process expense reports accurately and efficiently
* Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external contacts, maintaining professionalism
* Collaborate with other assistants to ensure seamless communication and coverage across the office
* Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed within a fast-paced private equity environment
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services or professional services
* Proven ability to manage international travel and complex scheduling
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
* Professional, low-ego, team-oriented demeanor with a proactive and resourceful mindset
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, polished, and fast-paced environment
