Our client, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. They are looking for an individual who can remain organized and efficient while juggling multiple projects, while also utilizing strong prioritization and communication skills. The hours are generally 8:30am/9am-5pm/5:30pm with occasional after-hours email responsiveness as needed. This role is hybrid, working 2-3 days onsite per week in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive project coordination support to a senior consultant within the Healthcare Practice.
* Manage complex scheduling and logistics for candidates, clients, and internal teams.
* Prepare, proofread, and format client-facing materials including reports, presentations, and proposals.
* Maintain and update proprietary CRM databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and communication remains seamless.
* Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and confidentiality.

Job Requirements:
* 5-7+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role within a corporate, professional services, or client-facing environment.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and client service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with CRM systems preferred.
* Proven record of reliability and tenure, with at least 2-3 years in one prior role.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a professional and polished demeanor.

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $80K-$95K base salary + paid overtime + bonus.
