Our client, a philanthropic organization, is seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC, starting ASAP!
The Job:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling scheduling, inquiries, personnel information, etc.
- Coordinate interviews, exit interviews, and check-in calls.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and handle correspondence while responding to a variety of inquiries.
- Handle other tasks and special projects as assigned to support recruitment efforts and ensure candidates have a positive experience.
About You:
- 3+ years of recruiting and human resource experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required and ATS experience is a plus.
About the Position:
- $28/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for a minimum of 6 months.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Hybrid with 2 days onsite.
- Office located in Washington, DC.
