Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a reputable law firm with room for professional growth in Chicago to find an Intake Specialist to join their team. In this role, the Intake Specialist will take charge of representing the firm, as they will be the first point of contact that clients interact with. They will also gather essential information from potential clients, evaluate information about their cases, and ensure that clients receive assistance throughout their case. Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from potential clients in a diligent and empathetic manner
- Conduct initial consultations and evaluate cases
- Documentation and record keeping
- Provide information to clients and client support
- Collaborate efficiently with other members of the legal team
About you
- 1+ year of experience within sales or intake/customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Law firm experience preferred
