Hedge fund located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp Office Manager to support the team. This position will cover a maternity leave. Training will occur 2-3 days during the first week of December 2025. Position resumes Monday, January 5th through May 1st 2026. Monday – Friday, in office. Hours 8:30am – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, set up daily catering and maintain common spaces
 - Coordinate/ register visitors with building staff using security log
 - Responsible for all front desk/receptionist service, assist in handling emails, and receive mail
 - Manage conference rooms and ensure office is tidy
 - Maintain office orders – coffee, snacks, lunches, etc
 - Work closely with IT company to resolve technical issues
 - Coordinate company activities and events and act as a culture keeper
 - Work closely with COO
 - Ad hoc projects as assigned
 
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a corporate setting, preferably financial services
 - Degree strongly preferred
 - High attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environment, professional and friendly attitude
 
Pay:
- $35-$42/hour depending on experience
