A leading Boston-based public media organization is seeking a Gift Operations Coordinator to support its fundraising team during a major campaign. This role will focus on accurate gift processing, donor data management, and ensuring the integrity of the fundraising database.
Responsibilities include entering and processing donations, recording donor information and multi-year commitments, handling credit card transactions, assisting with matching gifts, and maintaining organized electronic records.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of nonprofit gift-entry or development operations experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Salesforce experience is a plus.
