Our client, a leading organization in the nonprofit media industry, is seeking a Coordinator of Gift Operations to support its fundraising efforts. This onsite role is located in Boston, offers 40 hours per week, and pays $22.75/hr. The position runs through January 30th with a strong likelihood of extension. As part of a major comprehensive campaign, this role ensures timely and accurate gift entry and donor data management, directly supporting donor stewardship and fundraising success. Job Responsibilities:

Enter and process all charitable gifts and commitments with accuracy, including multi-year schedules and donor credits.

Record complex donor transactions and review gift documentation for restrictions.

Process credit card transactions in compliance with PCI standards.

Assist with matching gift processes.

Update donor information and maintain database integrity.

Organize and maintain electronic gift backup and ensure accurate donor records.
Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of nonprofit gift-entry experience; Salesforce experience a plus.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Availability to work during the December 26-31 holiday period.
