A reputable community bank based in Wellesley, MA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a hybrid, 6+ month assignment (three days onsite, two remote). This role offers $40-$43/hour and runs Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. The position begins ASAP, and equipment will be provided. The selected candidate will oversee multiple ongoing construction-related projects across several Massachusetts locations, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple high-priority construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee permits, schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with codes, laws, and internal policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain detailed documentation.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience managing complex or construction-related projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; deadline-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CAD knowledge preferred.
- Experience with permitting, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
