Our client, a global investment and technology development firm in Midtown, Manhattan seeks a proactive, efficient, and resourceful individual to join the firm’s Recruiting team as a Human Capital Coordinator for at least 6 months with potential to extend or convert permanently for the right person. This individual will play an active role in our overall recruiting process in a dynamic, engaging, and inclusive working environment. Hours are 9am-6pm daily, on a hybrid schedule with Mondays and Fridays remote. Pay rate up to $34/hour DOE.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll collaborate with the firm’s recruiters and business stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally.
- You’ll schedule and monitor candidate interviews, prepare reference summaries and materials for hiring meetings, maintain clean data and documentation in our project management systems, and partner with colleagues in the Human Capital team at large on ad hoc recruiting tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent project management abilities, and proficient facilitation skills are required, as is a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, and the ability to learn quickly, are essential.
- Experience with multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. Client-service oriented individuals with an eye for improving processes and a willingness to dive into tasks both big and small, will excel in this role.
- Successful candidates will exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team.
