Our client, a growing financial services organization in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a contract to hire HR Assistant to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in supporting recruiting initiatives, particularly campus and early-career programs, while assisting with employee engagement and HR operations. Prior college recruiting experience is required!
About You:
- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related administrative function.
- Direct exposure to college or campus recruiting (career fairs, intern programs, or early-career hiring) is required for this role
- Experience working with an ATS or HRIS platform; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with students, employees, and leadership alike.
- A proactive, team-oriented professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in talent acquisition and HR.
About the Job:
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to support full-cycle hiring processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Lead the company’s campus recruiting efforts, representing the firm at college and university career fairs, engaging with prospective talent, and driving early-career hiring initiatives.
- Draft and track offer letters, onboarding materials, and related HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement programs and volunteer initiatives, including coordination of events and charitable partnerships.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with various HR projects and administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the company, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, enthusiasm, and the firm’s values.
This contract to hire position will work onsite at the organization’s Conshohocken headquarters. It is paying up to $30/hour while temporary and up to $65,000 annually if permanent.
