Our client, an association in Washington, DC, is seeking temporary Meetings Coordinator for their Washington, DC office!
The Job:
- Support event preparations and stuff name badges.
- Coordinate and assemble welcome bags.
- Fill folders with event materials.
- Handle other related administrative duties.
About You:
- 1+ year of professional or administrative experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and with accuracy.
About the Position:
- Pays $20/hr
- Temporary 2-day assignment, 11/12-11/13.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- 100% onsite in Washinton, DC.
