A leading radiopharmaceutical company in Bedford, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month hybrid assignment (3 days onsite, 2 remote). This role offers $23/hour and hours vary between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, with flexibility required. This position is ideal for individuals with healthcare or customer service experience who are eager to support patient-focused operations within an innovative and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for customer accounts, managing orders, inquiries, and complaints via phone and email.
- Process and track orders accurately while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues related to billing, delivery, or service disruptions promptly and professionally.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and availability for occasional extended hours.
