A leading Boston-based real estate property management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Back Bay office on a temporary assignment through year-end. This role is 100% onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM and offers garage parking if needed. This position pays $25/hour and requires a polished, proactive professional who enjoys administrative work in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative office support
- Answer phones and assist residents, vendors, and internal staff
- Manage filing, documentation, and general office organization
- Enter and track work orders from tenants and vendors
- Support the Senior Portfolio Manager and onsite team
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
