We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a growing, fast-paced organization. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving people initiatives that align with business goals. The HRBP will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.
This role is hybrid and based in Raleigh, North Carolina (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). This is not a fully remote position.

Proficiency with HRIS and performance management platforms (experience with systems such as HiBob, Deel, or Lattice is a plus).

Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision and shifting priorities.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
What You’ll Do
Strategic HR Partnership
-
Serve as a strategic partner to managers on workforce planning, team structure, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

Align HR programs and practices with broader business objectives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns and helping foster a positive workplace culture.

Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution in accordance with policies and employment laws.

Support initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Talent & Performance Management

Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, and development planning.

Coach managers on employee development strategies, succession planning, and leadership capability.

Assist in implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills.
HR Compliance & Policies

Ensure the organization remains compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

Partner with legal or HR leadership on employment law matters when necessary.
Compensation & Benefits Support

Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs.

Assist with annual compensation reviews and benchmarking analyses.
HR Metrics & Reporting

Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Support HR initiatives through reporting on key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diveristy efforts.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-6 years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist capacity.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with HR systems and HR analytics is a plus.
