Our client, an insurance holding company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their organization. The hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with flexibility for occasional overtime. This role is onsite, five days per week in Miami.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination across time zones
* Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, and expense reporting
* Serve as liaison between executives, overseas offices, and portfolio company teams to ensure seamless communication
* Support Board of Directors-related meetings, including scheduling and materials preparation
* Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive and high-level materials
* Provide backup support to the Lead Executive Assistant and assist with general office management and administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
* 5-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building relationships in a diverse, multicultural setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $100K base salary
