Our client, a boutique jewelry design firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a small, close-knit office with an all-hands-on-deck mentality. This role will involve calendar management, travel coordination, general office support, and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed. The position is fully on site, five days per week, with hours from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (occasional after-hours flexibility required). This role pays up to 50k.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO and broader team.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
- Manage expense reporting, compliance tracking, and other administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Responsible for answering phones, coordinating packaging and document organization.
- Support general office operations and assist with special projects or ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests to ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong work ethic, maturity, and professionalism with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent follow-through
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
