A rapidly growing national professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Disability, Leaves & Accommodations Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert on all leave, disability, and workplace accommodation programs. This is a key role within a collaborative HR team, focused on ensuring compliance, consistency, and care throughout the employee experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, empathetic, and highly knowledgeable about FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, ERISA, and related state and federal regulations. This position offers the opportunity to own the process end-to-end, partner with internal leaders and vendors, and make a meaningful impact on employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee leaves, disability claims, and accommodations.
- Serve as primary liaison between employees, managers, HR, Payroll, and third-party administrators.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave and disability laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide training on leave and accommodation processes.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in leave of absence, disability, and accommodations administration.
- Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, ERISA, and state leave laws.
- Proven experience managing outsourced leave vendors.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; professional services or law firm experience preferred.
