A nationally recognized and rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Hospitality & Events Manager to lead client experience, event planning, and hospitality operations in its downtown Chicago office.
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role responsible for creating a welcoming, first-class environment for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate brings a passion for event planning, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver seamless, white-glove service across all aspects of office hospitality and event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute firm events, meetings, and client gatherings-both onsite and offsite.
- Oversee daily hospitality operations, including catering, conference room management, and reception.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless event logistics and service delivery.
- Manage hospitality staff, fostering a high-performing, service-focused team culture.
- Maintain budgets, coordinate with facilities and IT, and continually enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management or corporate event planning within a professional services firm
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule for early morning or evening events.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
