Our client, a conservation focused non-profit organization, has an immediate need for a temporary Administrative Office Manager to join their busy Arlington, VA team ASAP!
About the Job:
* Oversee and manage all administrative operations for the office including supplies, equipment, maintenance, vendors, and mail.
* Handle expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and record minutes.
* Process invoices, maintain records, support special events.
* Support any additional administrative or operational duties as needed.
About You:
* 5+ years of office management or executive support experience are required.
* Strong MS Office 360 skills with excellent prioritization.
* Thrives working both independently and collaboratively.
* A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask.
* Able to travel up to 10%.
About the Position:
* $25/hr-$32/hr, depending on experience.
* Starting ASAP, lasting through the end of the year.
* Potential for this position to become permanent.
* If permanent, $75k-$80k, depending on experience.
