A fast-growing national real estate organization is seeking an Recruiting Coordinator to join their team and support a large-scale hiring initiative. The company develops and manages affordable housing communities across the U.S. and is rapidly expanding, with significant new property acquisitions and an anticipated hiring surge this year. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team such as scheduling, onboarding, and new hire paperwork. This is a 6 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for HR operations including scheduling, onboarding, and new hire paperwork.

Manage hiring processes and coordinate with hiring managers for timely follow-up.

Support vendor management and assist with HR systems and data entry.

Ensure a seamless and professional experience for new hires and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience on an HR team.

Experience using iCIMS and/or HireRight required.

Strong customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Ability to handle competing priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
