A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to support daily operations in their Boston. This ongoing temporary role offers 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, with occasional extra hours during major events or conferences. The position pays $28/ per hour and provides an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily office setup, including coffee, snacks, and kitchen restocking.
- Greet and register guests; serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
- Assist with meeting room setup, catering, and event preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and manage vendor/building communications.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth office operations.
- Occasionally extend hours for special events or busy days (with advance notice).
