Our client is a real estate investment and development firm who is seeking a Managing Director, Property Services to lead and expand its property management platform across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
This strategic leadership role will oversee daily operations, enhance client relationships, and drive business growth through operational excellence and new business development. The ideal candidate is an experienced property management executive who combines strategic vision, financial acumen, and a passion for building teams and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across a diverse, multi-market property portfolio, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
- Direct, mentor, and grow property management teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Strengthen client relationships while identifying new management opportunities and income streams.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and capital improvement projects.
- Enhance operational systems, technology platforms, and business processes for scalability.
- Lead RFPs, presentations, and negotiations for new management contracts.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive property or asset management experience within commercial and residential
- Proven success in leading teams and driving business expansion in a property management or real estate services environment.
- Strong financial management and client relationship skills.
- Expertise in operational strategy, performance optimization, and portfolio growth.
- Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s degree required.
