Our client, a global consulting firm based in Lower Manhattan, seeks to hire a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support Partners across three offices. Position is hybrid, 3-4 days onsite. Tuesday is a core day in office. 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for occasional overtime as it arises. Temp duration is 6 months before conversion to perm.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Complex scheduling across time zones; gatekeeping as appropriate
- Travel Coordination: Domestic & international, with itineraries and logistics
- Correspondence: Drafting and sending formal communications on behalf of partners
- Client Interaction: Work directly with clients professionally and confidentially
- Special Projects: Manage partner-led projects as assigned
- Collaboration:
- Partner closely with other admins and EAs
- Participate in monthly admin team meetings
- Provide backup support when colleagues are out
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant EA/AA experience
- Degree strongly preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, able to anticipate needs
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Adaptable to different personality types:
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and fast-paced consulting environment
- Personable, approachable – team enjoys sociable colleagues
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle sensitive information discreetly
Pay:
- Temp rate in line with 68K-75K depending on experience. Discretionary bonus
