Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary permanent professional to provide part-time Administrative Assistance in Linthicum, MD through early January!
Responsibilities:
- Draft various forms of correspondence such as invitations, thank you letters, and status notifications.
- Support and draft itineraries and delegation schedules.
- Collect, organize, and format important documents.
- Support the implementation of their programs.
- Develop and distribute correspondence regarding leadership changes.
- Handle other relevant administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
- International travel experience is highly desired.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $24/hr-$26/hr, DOE.
- Temporary from November through early January!
- Part-time for 24 hours/week.
- Core hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
- 2 days/week onsite in Linthicum, MD.
- Free parking!
