About the Job:
- Manage the team’s inbox, distribute emails accurately, and respond to inquiries.
- Support data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Handle room set up logistics, order catering, and print materials.
- Schedule, send, and track meeting invitations.
- Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.
About You:
- 3+ years of HR assistance or coordination experience are required.
- Familiarity with a training department and/or an LMS are a plus!
- Strong Excel skills with detail-orientation and a can-do attitude.
- Applies savvy interpersonal skills while maintaining a customer-service mindset.
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$29/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- Starting early December.
- Temporary for 3 months with a potential for the assignment to extend.
- Hours are 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm.
- 3 days/week onsite in Fairfax, VA.
