Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their organization. They are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, organized, and can prioritize and communicate efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. The hours are 8:00am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am-5:00pm on Friday. This role is onsite five days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Co-President, including complex calendar management and scheduling
* Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for both business and occasional personal travel
* Prepare expense reports, meeting materials, and presentations in a timely and accurate manner
* Assist with conference and investor day logistics, including event preparation and coordination
* Support the drafting and organization of communications, research materials, and meeting notes
* Collaborate with the administrative team and senior leadership to ensure seamless daily operations
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 2-3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally within financial services
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Professional demeanor, strong follow-through, and genuine interest in the finance industry
