The Role
You’ll be the welcoming face of the space, helping visitors, members, and vendors get what they need while keeping the front-of-house running smoothly. The work blends reception, light facilities coordination, and general operations support.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors and members
* Manage calls, messages, mail, and deliveries
* Track daily check-ins and basic access needs
* Keep reception and event areas organized and presentable
* Maintain supplies and loaner items
* Coordinate signage, announcements, and room needs with internal teams
* Schedule vendors or service when needed
* Help with occasional evening events (about once weekly)
* Train backup coverage and keep procedures updated

What They’re Looking For
A friendly, organized, adaptable person with at least two years of customer service experience. Someone who enjoys helping others, learns new tools quickly, and is comfortable in an active, fast-moving environment.
