About the Job:
Scan electronic and hardcopy visitor tickets with precision and efficiency.
Absorb and apply foundational training in the operation and maintenance of scanning equipment.
Assume the role of a museum ambassador, serving as visitors’ initial point of contact.
Provide prompt responses to basic inquiries.
Guide visitors to appropriate resources for further information.
About You:
1+ years of customer service experience.
Warm and outgoing personality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work inside and outside and stand for long periods of time.
About the Position:
Pays $19/hr
100% on-site in Washington, DC.
Hours are 9:30am-5:00pm.
