Beacon Hill is excited to partner with a rapidly scaling fintech company that is transforming the payments and risk management space. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Part Time Contract Recruiter to support hiring across technology, product, and operations.

This role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast paced environment but wants flexibility and balance. You will work 20 to 25 hours per week, with two hybrid in office days and the ability to flex your schedule around workload and availability.

What You’ll Do

* Manage full cycle recruitment for technical, product, and business roles
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
* Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks
* Screen and assess candidates for experience, technical alignment, and culture fit
* Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
* Maintain strong pipelines for both current roles and future hiring needs
* Collaborate with HR and leadership on job descriptions, compensation alignment, and offer support
* Track recruiting metrics and share insights with internal partners
* Support light employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Three or more years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or high growth tech
* Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates
* Strong understanding of both technical and nontechnical roles
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills
* Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to stay on top of multiple searches
* Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering a great candidate experience
