Our client, a boutique hedge fund, is seeking a Temp to Perm Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Founder and wife. The hours are 8am-5:30pm (flex for OT) and this role is in the office five days a week. Temp duration is approximately 3-4 months before conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Support a Partner and wife with administrative duties (includes personal work)
- Book international & domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Work closely with two Executive Assistants and provide backup coverage when needed
- Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under deadlines, supporting strategic initiatives and special projects
- Handle sensitive information with utmost care and integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA required
- 1+ years of administrative experience supporting Executive/Leader
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Temp rate paid in line. Up to 110K -140K base depending on experience + bonus
