Our client, a boutique legal services firm, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to support an office transition at their Needham, MA location. This role offers 15-20 hours per week, a start date of ASAP, and a pay rate of $23/hour. The position will run through the end of December, with the potential for additional project-based extensions. Job Responsibilities
- Assist with records management and office move logistics
- Organize, sort, and box files for shipment
- Scan, mail, and process documents as needed
- Track file locations and movement accurately in Excel
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the move process (box, record, ship, confirm delivery)
- Handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
Candidate Qualifications
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Quick learner who can hit the ground running
- Efficient, proactive, and comfortable taking direction
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Familiarity with handling confidential records and documents
- Strong reliability and professionalism
