Our client, a leading Real Estate brokerage firm, seeks to hire a Temp Receptionist for their Gallery office in the Upper West Side (Manhattan, NY). This role covers a maternity leave for approximately 15-20 weeks. Position start before/on December 1st. This is a dynamic role which includes tasks such as answering phones, meeting and greeting agents and potential clients, ensuring protocols are followed for logging in and out of the office, running credit checks, preparing board packages and other documentation, assisting agents with requests, receiving and distributing mail, database management, and other standard admin tasks such as (typing, filing, copying and faxing). Our client is seeking a candidate with strong customer service skills, 2+ years of office experience, and strong communication skills. To be consider you must be able to lift 20lbs . A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Candidates will work each week from Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm with a 60 minute lunch break. Permanent salary is dependent on experience. A robust benefits package is offered as well. Pay is $19/hour.
