Purchase Order/Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Fully Onsite in Carrollton.
Start Date: ASAP

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Customer Service Specialist to join a small, collaborative team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity starting at $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with vendors (primarily via email, some phone calls)
  • Process and input purchase orders accurately into the system
  • Manage a high volume of emails and ensure timely responses
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, coachable attitude
  • Multitask effectively while staying organized in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

  • Purchasing order experience is required
  • Strong written communication skills (must be able to write professional emails)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Punctuality is critical
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Calm demeanor and strong people skills
