Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for staff across U.S. offices. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. The schedule is 9:30am-5:00pm with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons. This position is hybrid, with four days in the office in Manhattan and one remote, with occasional full onsite weeks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through start date and integration
- Schedule orientations and manage logistics for new hires
- Oversee summer internship program, including assignments and onboarding details
- Partner with department heads to establish onboarding guidelines and processes
- Support automation initiatives for onboarding workflows
- Handle administrative tasks and provide problem-solving support in a dynamic environment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 3+ years of onboarding or administrative experience; HR exposure a plus
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Excellent communication and judgment skills; proactive and adaptable
- Familiarity with onboarding systems
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $75K base salary + bonus + paid overtime
