Our client, an insurance firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to a team of C-level executives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, resourceful, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, with responsiveness to emails needed outside of core hours. This position is hybrid, with three days in the office in Manhattan, two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and conference registrations
- Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and events
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
- Prepare executives for meetings and travel with all necessary materials
- Collaborate with EA team and provide backup support when needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- 5-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Compensation/Benefits:
