Our client, an insurance company in Anodver, MA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Welcome Center, serving as the first point of contact for policyholders and agents. This is a 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 temp-to-hire role with the opportunity for 1 remote day per week once permanent. The CSR will handle high-volume inbound calls, provide Tier 1 insurance support, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. It is compensating $23/hour. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone and email inquiries from customers and agents.

Provide Tier 1 support including portal navigation, account questions, and general policy information.

Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.

Identify when issues require escalation to Tier 2 support.

Assist with outbound communications and proactive service initiatives.

Participate in coaching, training, and continuous learning sessions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, services, and tools.

Support process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Welcome Center.

Perform additional tasks as needed to support departmental operations.
What They’re Looking For

1-3 years of phone-based customer service or call center experience (insurance or banking preferred).

Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to work across multiple systems.

High attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Bilingual skills are a plus.

High school diploma required; some college preferred.
