Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking an Associate to Corporate Communications to support strategic communication initiatives and strengthen brand presence for the firm. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strong project management abilities, and the ability to collaborate across departments. The schedule is 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility outside standard hours. This position is hybrid, with four days in the office in Manhattan and one remote day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate communication strategies
- Draft and distribute announcements, press releases, and internal communications
- Liaise with PR firms, and manage media outreach and event coordination
- Research speaking engagements and industry awards; lead application processes
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations for meetings and town halls
- Support crisis communication efforts and ensure consistent messaging
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate communications experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
