Our client, a construction company, seeks a temporary to permanent Operations Project Coordinator for their Alexandria, VA office!
About the Job:
- Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy.
- Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc.
- Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.
- Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests.
- Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
About You:
- An associates degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of construction industry experience is required.
- Experience with accounting or number is a plus!
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$30/hr while temporary, DOE.
- $55K-$68K when permanent.
- Hours are 8:30am-5pm.
- 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
