Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support their team through March 2026!
About the Job:
- Develop job postings and post jobs to specific platforms.
- Identify appropriate and effective new sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and collaborate on shortlisting.
- Maintain HRIS system and HR files, records, and documentation.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
About You:
- 1+ years of HR coordination experience.
- Prior successful remote work experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with e-filing and HR systems are highly desired!
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
About the Position:
- Pays $25/hr-$29/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary through March 2026.
- No work the weeks of Christmas and New Year holidays!
- Standard EST business hours.
