Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team for 6 months. If you have a post-graduate degree and 10+ years of progressively strong human resources experience, along with proficiency in HRIS systems, don’t miss this opportunity to make an impact in this organization!
About the Job:
- Provide hands-on consulting and develop customized strategies tailored to the needs of the client group.
- Facilitate effective people and organizational management practices and drive the delivery of people strategy projects.
- Gather feedback, analyze data, and present findings via multiple formats.
- Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.
- Support organizational objectives and priorities through additional tasks.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is highly desired.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success determining strategies required.
- Superior judgement and strong confidentiality skills with the ability to proactively manage employment risks.
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong proficiency in MS Suite are required.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $48/hr-$58/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months.
- Starting ASAP!
- 3-4 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
