Our client is seeking a temporary to permanent Facilities Coordinator to support their team in this Arlington, VA office!
About the Job:
- Oversee all maintenance and repair programs, both scheduled and emergency.
- Ensure client satisfaction and support customer satisfaction programs.
- Support process-oriented tasks such as site closures, walkthroughs, and turnovers.
- Develop and implement budgets while also overseeing periodical reporting needs.
- Act as a liaison to support services and drive implementation of best practices.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of facilities and client-facing experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be fluent in Corrigo or another CMMS system.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills and customer service oriented with high professionalism.
- Available for after-hours on-call needs, with a majority of on-call needs being handled remotely.
About the Position:
- $30/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
- Converts to a salary of up to $69k when permanent.
- Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week on site in Arlington, VA.
- On-call availability needed.
