Our client, a prominent financial services organization, is seeking a contract Employee Relations Consultant to join its Employee Relations team in Wayne, PA. This high-impact role is critical for supporting team members and leaders through conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and organizational change. The ideal candidate will influence managers and employees toward successful outcomes within company policy while handling sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.
About the Job
- Influence managers and employees toward successful outcomes in conflict situations.
- Handle employee relations cases, including behavioral or performance concerns, and assist managers with corrective processes.
- Respond to reports of harassment or discrimination.
- Maintain HR/ER data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with policy.
- Lead monthly or quarterly meetings/trainings with managers and team leads on employee relations topics; propose and implement action plans.
- Execute terminations related to ER cases.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR functions, including employee relations.
- Preferred: SHRM-CP certification.
- Preferred: Investigation certification.
This is a 3-month contract assignment starting in late December. Hybrid in Wayne, PA, this role offers hourly compensation up to $39.00/hr.
